Another song I started in WV in April 2005 and finished with Tommy in NC in May 2005. This is one of those "hey-ain't-the-sky-blue-today- and life-so-totally-awesome" kinda songs. All the while we were writing it we joked that this could be cut by Katrina and the Waves as a followup to "Walking on Sunshine". I love the fact that it can be sung as either How Bout This Day? OR How Bout This Day! It's really all the living in the present! How 'bout that?!
